Every level, I built the Code.

Professional portrait of Shane Boggs

Army Veteran with a career built across every level of the claims and restoration industry. Independent adjusting, carrier roles, restoration and environmental project management, and senior leadership inside a national TPA form the foundation of my experience. Two decades in the field and in operations shaped the code I work by today — and gave me the insight to crack the code on consistent, disciplined claims handling.

Twenty‑four years across independent adjusting, carrier operations, restoration and environmental services, and senior leadership inside a national TPA. Field experience includes daily and catastrophe claims on residential and commercial losses, full inspection and scoping responsibilities, and complete estimate and file production. Carrier roles covered interior water, roofing, fire, and specialty claims with direct accountability for documentation, estimating accuracy, and file closure. Restoration and environmental work included packouts, mold remediation, structural drying, demolition, and full rebuilds on residential and commercial properties. Senior leadership inside a TPA involved oversight of field operations, adjuster performance, QA scoring, training programs, and process development. This range of experience forms the foundation for the standard I hold today.

Serving as Senior Director of Field Operations and Quality Assurance inside a national TPA provided a full view of how carriers, TPAs, and independent adjusters operate. Oversight of adjuster performance, field processes, QA scoring, training programs, and operational workflows exposed the gaps that create rework, delays, inconsistent documentation, and files that fail carrier standards. After years of seeing these issues from the inside, ClaimCode Adjusting & Advisory was built to solve them. A single adjuster, a defined process, and a standard shaped by experience at every level of the industry.
